Yummy Fingers
Natalie has been chewing on her fingers a lot lately. Looks like it would hurt, but she seems to enjoy it!
Big brother Ian had to get in on the photo fun too....isn't he big!?

Festival of Nations
We went to the Festival of Nations at beautiful Tower Grove Park today. The weather was perfect and there were lots of good food and fun finds from a variety of countries. Ian learned some moves from an African dancer (he's so shy) and Natalie loved being held in the carrier with her Dad. Hope you enjoy all the pictures!

Bumble Bee Toes
Natalie has started paying attention to her feet and toes more lately, grabbing them some. So it was time to pull out the socks with rattle animals sewn on the end. These were some bumble bee socks we had for Ian. She really enjoys them, maybe even more than Ian did!
After playing with the toes for a while, she moved onto terrorize her big brother's building site! We told Ian stories about how he used to tear town his cousins buildings when he was younger. Now its his turn to be patient!
Rise N Shine Football
Right after breakfast Ian had to get out his football field and players (go Vols of course) and get some practice in. He was teaching Natalie all about the field and how to get a touchdown. He has some creative names for the players' postitions, making half of them up but saying it with confidence. Gets that from his Dad! ha!

Natalie's Favorite Thing
One of Natalie's favorite pass times lately is standing. If she is laying down and fussy, all it takes is to pull her up, let her stand and she is happy again. I was talking to Nana on the phone and she insisted on standing up for a while. As you can see here, it looks like she's almost a little proud!

Bean Bag & Brother
Natalie hangs out on the bean bag in Ian's room sometimes when we're reading books before his nap. Today, she got to enjoy Mom reading about the 'Amazing Superman' and all his powers. Below, Ian wanted to lay down just like his sister for the picture which made me laugh. It shows how long and tall they both are getting!

Meeting Mira
Mira is a friend from Ian's preschool class last year. They've mailed each other drawings over the summer and wanted to meet up to play. We finally managed to go to a playground and sprinkler park this week. Mira's little sister Alice came too and we all had a great time. We hope they are in the same class again this year!!!
